Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting.
Kid's After School Care
Our after-school program offers pickup from most north and central Lakeland schools.
Kid's Summer Camp
Our summer camp runs all summer, from the last day of school until the day before school starts.
Homeschool Only Programs
Homeschool Students have the option to take a class during the day and a way to get P.E.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a form of boxing with kicking and punching and is a great cardio workout.
Health & Fitness Programs
Our ‘Lakeland Bootcamp’ is a cross-training style program to build strength and healthy habits.
Judo
Judo is sport that emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent.
MMA Striking
Full-contact combat sport based on striking and a mix of techniques from various other arts.
Women Only
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes that are Women only for those not wanting a co-ed training environment.
Competition Team
Competition training is offered to those who have become proficient in the fundamental techniques.
